Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences to customers at scheduled appointments in Mississippi. You will demo products, assess Wi‑Fi, and deliver solutions, earning through a combination of salary and uncapped commissions.

Join a team with paid training, ongoing coaching, and flexible evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license is required and a company vehicle is provided for business use to support in-field sales activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects effectively and use negotiation to secure sales.
