Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes across multiple Mississippi cities. You will demonstrate technology, close deals with hands-on demos, and earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures.

Paid training starts you on a pathway to success in the field. Daily customer interactions, scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends, and a company vehicle are provided to support your sales goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Present AT&T solutions at customers' homes and close deals through hands-on demos.
• Provide scheduled appointments and engage warm prospects effectively.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
