Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Arizona. You will drive sales with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery, while working independently at scheduled appointments.

The role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners around $100,000. Begin with paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy and successful in meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments and close deals with hands-on demos.
• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Engage with warm prospects daily and leverage scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Apply strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets and build customer rapport.
