Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Arizona to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. You will work independently in the field, starting with paid training and scheduled appointments provided to you.

Earn an uncapped commission plus salary, with total pay between $61,000 and $100,000. You’ll demonstrate technology, perform Wi-Fi assessments, and handle service delivery end-to-end while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based or outside sales experience with success in hitting targets.
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training to operate independently in the field.
• Engage with existing customers daily; scheduled appointments provided.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales and adapt as needed.
• Deliver personalized experiences, including demos and service setup.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive solutions meeting customer needs.
