AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to meet customers at scheduled appointments and deliver hands-on demos of the latest technology and services. Earn a competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions with the potential to reach six figures, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching.

You will work full-time, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and a company vehicle provided for official business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Engage with customers daily through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to secure the sale and build rapport.
