Job summary

AT&T inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Texas. You will work independently, engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments, and close deals through hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

The role offers uncapped commission and a salary baseline with substantial earning potential. Expect to travel within assigned city areas, maintain driver’s license, and adapt to evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—drive a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at scheduled appointments and deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
