AT&T seeks Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove sales experiences at customers’ homes across Texas. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching $100,000, with salaries ranging from $61,410 to $100,000 depending on geography and performance.

You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery, driving customer satisfaction and retention while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsabilités
