Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Home Services Sales Consultant to travel to customers’ homes and industry events, selling exterior and interior HDIS products and services. The role centers on outside sales, with most time spent away from a fixed office, visiting homes and trade shows, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating quotes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and authorization to work in the United States; prior in-home or home improvement

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Preferred in-home or virtual sales experience.
• Preferred home improvement industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes for outside sales presentations.
• Develop tailored product recommendations and price quotes.
• Present warranty and financing options.
• Complete sales contracts and paperwork.
• Educate store associates on HDIS offerings.
