The position requires one year of mental health experience, Spanish language communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a mental health-related field.
• Must communicate with clients in their native language (Spanish).
• Valid driver’s license and insurability by agency auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psycho-educational services for consumers and families.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention; offer on-site and outreach services.
• Document observations and information in the service record; share with the team.
