Job summary

COMPASS is seeking a dedicated DSP / Coordinated Family Support Specialist to empower adults with disabilities and support families in coordinating services. You will help clients achieve ISP goals, provide case management, and facilitate engaging learning experiences in home and community settings.

Qualifications include an associate degree or 3 years in social work/human services, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and CPR/First Aid certification (company paid).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree OR 3 years' experience in social work or a human services field.
• Drivers License for at least 3 years AND a clean driving record.
• Working vehicle, valid driver's license, & valid auto insurance.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test (WE PAY!).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR and First Aid certification must be completed within 30 days of hire (WE'LL PAY!).
• Bonus You are knowledgeable about disabilities and the Regional Center system

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills and support ISP goals.
• Assist with case management and connect clients to resources.
• Lead engaging individual and group learning experiences.
• Support clients in their homes and in the community.
