Job summary

Metro Homes Inc. is seeking staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home-like and office-like setting. Responsibilities include physical, social, and psychological support, and adhering to state and federal regulations.

Employees must complete required trainings, maintain safety, and may accompany individuals on annual vacations. A valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English are required; sign language is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Sign language is an asset.
• Must be able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to people we support physically, socially and psychologically.
• Complete required trainings for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follow Agency policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Accompany persons on vacation annually.
