Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a Homebuilders Specialist to provide intensive, in-home services to at-risk families, aiming to keep children safely at home. You will conduct clinical interventions, collect data, and develop strength-based assessments with family collaboration.

The role requires flexibility to work nontraditional hours, travel within proximity to families, and a commitment to faith-based service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience with children and families; diverse cultures.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and in-home interventions following HOMEBUILDERS standards.
• Perform data collection and timely reporting.
• Create and update client progress notes and service plans.
• Collaborate with families and referents to set goals and plans.
• Provide transportation and other concrete services as needed.
• Attend weekly team meetings and supervision sessions.
