Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC in Kingston, PA invites applications for a Homebuilders Specialist. This in-home program supports families at risk of separation, delivering intensive services to keep children safely at home and strengthen family resilience.

You will conduct clinical interventions aligned with HOMEBUILDERS standards, collect data, maintain case notes, and collaborate with families to develop and monitor intervention goals. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in related field with experience with children and families.
• Cultural sensitivity and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, in-home services to families at risk of separation.
• Conduct clinical interventions per HOMEBUILDERS standards.
• Collect data, complete timely reports, and maintain case notes.
• Collaborate with family members to set and monitor goals; adjust plans as needed.
• Be available to clients 24/7 as required and coordinate coverage.
