Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Homebuilders Specialist to support families at risk of separation. You will deliver intensive, in-home services to help families stay together, build on strengths, and keep children safely at home.

You will conduct clinical interventions, document progress, collaborate with families and referents, and be available to clients 24/7 as needed. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work or related field and experience with children and families are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Two years of experience working with children and families (for Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience with children and families (for Master’s).
• Experience with diverse cultures and crises; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interventions aligned with Homebuilders standards.
• Collect data and report thoroughly and timely.
• Provide client-interactive, strength- and behavior-focused assessments.
• Develop intervention goals with families and referents; monitor progress.
