Bethany Christian Services seeks a Homebuilders Specialist to support at-risk families through intensive, in-home services designed to keep children safely at home. You will conduct clinical interventions, collect data, and perform comprehensive assessments while collaborating with families and referents to set intervention goals.

Daily responsibilities include documenting treatment efforts, maintaining progress notes, and coordinating coverage for 24/7 client availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience with children and families.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred with relevant experience.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse families and provide crisis intervention.

Responsabilités

• Conduct clinical interventions in alignment with HOMEBUILDERS standards.
• Perform data collection and timely reporting.
• Provide strength- and behavior-focused assessments.
• Collaborate with families and referents to develop goals and service plans.
• Advocate for clients and provide transportation-related support as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and weekly progress notes.
