Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Homebuilders Specialist to support families at risk of separation. You will deliver intensive, in-home services to help families stay together and keep children safely at home, guided by HOMEBUILDERS standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related field, strong crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work nontraditional hours to meet families’ needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse families with sensitivity and respect.
• Crisis intervention and safety planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interventions per HOMEBUILDERS standards.
• Collect data and report in a timely manner.
• Provide client-centered, strength- and behavior-focused assessments.
• Develop intervention goals with families and service plans.
• Coordinate with supervisors and referents for case planning.
