National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks an IHBT Family Services Coordinator in Newark, OH. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $56,000 annually. The role requires two weeknight shifts until 7:00 PM, travel to clients’ homes, and coordination of youth and family services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Supports and extends the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Available to work two evenings weekly until 7:00 PM.
• Provides in-home services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, referrals, advocacy, and other social services to youth and families.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services in compliance with requirements.
• Completes documentation and trainings timely.
• Coordinates and monitors services for youth and family across multiple domains.
• Reviews and updates youth-based plans to ensure progress.
• Maintains strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assists in reunification and stable living arrangements.
• Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization as needed.
• Meets productivity thresholds and participates in quality improvement and supervision.
