Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a full-time Community Based Therapist to join our IHBT Team in Stark County, Ohio. This role provides individual, group, and family mental health services in the community, with daily travel to youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• License as required by state or contract regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Travel to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Maintain productivity thresholds and participate in on-call crisis support.
• Coordinate services across mental health, education, medical, and social domains.
• Engage with foster families and families of origin to support reunification or stabilization.
• Participate in supervision and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
