Responsibilities

• Acts to support and advance the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Provides in-home supportive services, transportation, counseling, advocacy, and referrals.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services for youth and families.
• Completes required documentation and trainings timely.
• Coordinates and monitors services for youth and family across multiple areas.
