Job summary

Youth Villages seeks purpose‑driven individuals to join the Intercept® program, an evidence‑based in‑home service that helps keep families together and supports reunification after placement in foster care or other settings.

The role involves carrying a small caseload, weekly sessions, and collaboration with courts and other providers. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s is preferred. Schedule is flexible; travel is involved; hourly pay is $20–$22.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
• Experience with at‑risk youth or families is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small case load as assigned by supervisor.
• Hold weekly individual and family sessions with youth/families.
• Attend meetings for professional development and trainings.
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in home/community.
• Collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts for a treatment plan.
• Provide on‑call crisis support.
• Document accurately in EMR.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
