Job summary

Youth Villages in Rock Hill, SC seeks a frontline clinician to deliver Intercept-based services in families’ homes. This role focuses on preventing out-of-home placements and promoting family reunification through strength-based, evidence-based interventions.

You will manage a caseload, conduct regular family sessions, assess youth needs, and coordinate with providers and courts to build a collaborative treatment plan. Travel and on-call support are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field required; two years of full-time clinical experience with the target population for Bachelor's applicants.
• Master’s degree in a clinical field with relevant licensure preferred.
• Clinical license in NC (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Hold individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of youth to determine needs from a strength-based perspective.
• Attend 3 weekly meetings for professional development to enhance clinical skills.
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet with families in their homes and communities.
• Collaborate with other providers, case workers, and courts to formulate a collaborative treatment plan.
• Provide on-call crisis support to the youth and family (schedules vary by location).
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system (EMR).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
