Youth Villages in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Family Intervention Specialist to support Intercept clients in home-based settings. You will carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families and conduct regular sessions, aiming to sustain family involvement and prevent out-of-home placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field required.
• Master's degree in a clinical field preferred.
• Must hold NC clinical license (LCMHC-A/LMFT-A/LCSW-A/LCAS-A) or be eligible.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to families' homes.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds 3 sessions per week with each family.
• Performs ongoing youth assessments with strength-based approach.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and trainings.
• Travels up to 60-80 miles to meet families.
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts to plan treatment.
• Provides on-call crisis support as needed.
• Documents in EMR accurately and timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
