Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support in-home services for youth and families. You will manage a caseload, conduct regular family sessions, and assess youth needs from a strength-based perspective within a flexible, family-centered approach.

Role requires travel to families' homes (up to 60–80 miles) and collaboration with courts and other providers. A social services degree and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social services discipline (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline (required).
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families (preferred).
• Clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge; flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Conducts ongoing assessment of youth from a strength-based perspective.
• Attends weekly meetings and quarterly booster trainings to enhance clinical skills.
• Drives 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts to formulate a treatment plan.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Documents in EMR accurately and timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
