Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support the Intercept program in home-based settings across Oregon. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct sessions three times weekly, with travel to families’ homes.

You will collaborate with case workers and courts, attend meetings, document in EMR, and provide crisis support as needed. A Master’s or Bachelor’s in social services is preferred or required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s required.
• Experience with at-risk youth and families preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Hold individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Conduct ongoing assessments from strength-based perspective.
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drive 60–80 miles to meet families at home.
• Collaborate with case workers, providers, and courts on a treatment plan.
• Provide on-call crisis support and document in EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
