Job summary

Youth Villages in Salem, OR seeks a Clinical Liaison to support the Intercept program, providing in-home family engagement and coordination with clinical teams.

You will travel to families, conduct assessments, document in an EMR, and participate in weekly meetings. A Master’s in social services is required; experience with at‑risk youth preferred. This role offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 2 families.
• Coordinates with Clinical Supervisor to support training of new staff.
• Conducts family assessments and completes family surveys.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development and booster trainings.
• Provides support while specialists are on vacation and during trainings.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet with families in homes and communities.
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR system.
