Job summary

Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities across North Carolina. You'll work with children, adolescents, and families to create lasting change.

The role requires completing FCT Certification within a year, a valid NC license or board certification, and full-time supervised experience in mental health. A flexible, client-centered environment supports growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet NC Qualified Professional (QP) requirements per 10A NCAC 27G .0104.
• Master's in human services field + 1 year experience.
• Bachelor's in human services field + 2 years experience.
• Bachelor's in non-human services field + 4 years experience.
• Current NC license (including provisional) or board-issued certification in a human services profession.
• Experience must be full-time and supervised, serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured, private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Family Centered Treatment services primarily in home and community settings, meeting families where they are.
• Guide children and families through the four phases of the FCT model, helping them set goals and build skills.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for each family's Treatment Team with various partners.
• Develop, implement, and refine individualized Service Plans with families.
• Connect families to community resources, referrals, and aftercare supports.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities to strengthen programs.
