Job summary

Nelson Exteriors is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to close exterior remodeling projects with company-provided leads in the Atlanta area. You will guide homeowners through a consultative process, present tailored proposals, and close deals in their homes.

You will operate in a commission-only, W-2 role with no cap on income and receive support from an established brand and operations team. A vehicle stipend and company-issued tools are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience; in-home, commissioned, or home-improvement sales is preferred.
• Disciplined, process-driven salesperson who follows a proven playbook.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; able to ask great questions and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided, pre-qualified in-home sales appointments across Metro Atlanta.
• Follow a structured step-selling process to assess needs and present solutions.
• Present proposals with scope, pricing, and financing options, and close in-home.
• Manage pipeline from first meeting to signed agreement and hand off to production.
