Job summary

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our in-home sales team in Mableton, GA. This full-time, commission-driven role focuses on meeting homeowners for pre-scheduled consultations and closing high-quality remodeling deals.

You will present decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing, using our proven tools to close prospects. Strong communication and reliable transportation are a must.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Pay: $165K–$300k (100% commission)
Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends/Evenings

Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day
Average earnings: $150K–$160K
Top 25% earn $200K+
