Job summary

EXOVATIONS of Atlanta is hiring a SALES CONSULTANT to present exterior remodeling projects to homeowners in their homes. A 120-day paid training period leads to a commission-based role with appointments provided and pre-scheduled from referrals and new customers.

You will determine customer needs, prepare remodeling proposals, communicate pricing, close contracts, and relay project details to production teams. A strong drive to exceed targets is essential.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional related education preferred.
• Commission-based compensation after initial paid training period.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between home/office and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell exterior remodeling products and EXO’s services to homeowners.
• Close on home improvement projects that meet homeowners’ needs and expectations.
• Communicate project specifications and timeline to production team.
• Attend all training functions and kickoff meetings.
• Visit job sites and gain referral business.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales projections.
