Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and a Virginia teaching license or equivalent, with classroom experience and the ability to travel to student homes. This role emphasizes individual attention and student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• Valid Virginia teaching license or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated classroom teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, one-on-one instruction to K–6 students in the student's home.
• Adapt lessons to each learner's needs and reinforce classroom concepts.
• Assist with homework, test prep, and study strategies.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to families.
• Travel to students' homes and maintain a professional learning environment.
