Job summary
Easterseals is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Living Specialist for in-home support in the Waterbury area. The DSP helps individuals with developmental disabilities live and work independently, assisting with medical visits, errands, budgeting, meal prep, and home upkeep in their own homes or communities.
They also support development of friendships and community connections, and may assist with personal care as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
