Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating & Electrical in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Drain & Sewer Sales Advisor. This in-home, consultative role focuses on solving drain and sewer issues via epoxy coating and CIPP lining,with lead-provided opportunities and strong income potential.

You will meet customers in-home, review footage, present options, and close same-day sales whenever possible. Pre-qualified leads and uncapped commissions offer substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+) is a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis.
• Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions.
• Present Good / Better / Best solutions and close same-day sales when possible.
• Follow up on open estimates and maintain high close rates.
