PALS OHIO, LLC. seeks an In-Home Care Specialist to provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will implement Individual Service Plans, assist with personal care, health management, dietary needs, and mobility safety, while documenting activities and coordinating transportation. Requires a High School diploma or GED, a current Ohio driver’s license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively with persons served and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed and assist with transportation documentation.
• Provide supervision and direct support in home/community settings.
• Assist with homemaker, personal care, health and medical care tasks.
• Document transportation, billing, and program activities accurately.
