Job summary

Access Services is looking for caring and patient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our In Home Supports team in Allentown and Quakertown. As a DSP, you'll provide support to adults with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live independently.

You will assist with daily living tasks and ensure the highest quality of care. Training is provided, and opportunities for part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must meet background check and physical examination criteria.
• Preferably one year of direct care experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities through various tasks.
• Provide emotional support and positive reinforcement as per care plans.
• Maintain case notes and engage in professional development.
