Job summary

Resources for Human Development is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for part-time roles across Bethlehem and Easton, PA. Per diem DSPs may cover multiple shifts and locations within the area, with one 8-hour shift per pay period to stay in the relief pool.

The DSP will support adults with disabilities in community-based residential and day services, focusing on daily living skills, communication, and social integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
