Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to relate with sensitivity to others.
• Evidence of emotional maturity and stability.
• Ability to get along with people and work as a team.
• Attend trainings and pass exams as required.
• Three or more positive references.
• Background checks including MILT/IChat are performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in the homes of adults with developmental or mental disabilities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supervise and accompany residents in the community and events.
• Administer and document medications as prescribed; report incidents.
• Maintain records and documentation as necessary.
