Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist or provide consumers with all aspects of personal care.
• Assist and supervise consumers in the community and at events.
• Administer and document medications as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation as necessary.
• Provide constant supervision to ensure safety and prevent wandering.
• Report unusual behavior or incidents promptly.
• Communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Follow written plans of service and organizational guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or director.
