Job summary

Herewith is seeking compassionate Care Partners to assist patients receiving home dialysis. The role requires at least 1 year of dialysis machine experience and involves setting up equipment, providing companionship, monitoring safety, and coordinating with a clinical team.

Work is conducted in patients' homes with consistent weekly hours at $25 per hour. A background check and vetting through the Herewith platform are required, and support is provided by a clinical care team to ensure patient

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Support patient setup for dialysis treatments.
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours.
