Qualifications

• We require at least 1 year of dialysis machine experience.
• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients in home or clinical settings.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient dialysis treatments in the home.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety and ADLs as needed.
• Coordinate with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
