The role offers consistent weekly hours at $25/hour, with training and placement assistance and strong emphasis on compassionate, reliable care for at-home patients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dialysis machine experience.
• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical).
• Reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient dialysis treatments at home (NxStage, Tablo or equivalent).
• Provide companionship and schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns or changes observed during support hours.
