Job summary

Herewith is seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Dialysis Care Partners with at least 1 year of dialysis machine experience to support patients at home in Thousand Oaks, CA. Earn $25 per hour with consistent weekly hours and work alongside a clinical team.

You will set up dialysis treatments, provide companionship, monitor safety, and coordinate with nurses and care coordinators, while maintaining patient wellbeing in their home environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting).
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines (preferred).
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Must be dependable.
• Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Support patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo or equivalent machines).
• Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and schedule adherence
• Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators
• Document any concerns or changes observed during support hours
