Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, help design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

This full-time opportunity includes company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, uncapped earnings, a tablet and smartphone, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. Your territory is your office, with local travel and strong interpersonal skills a must.

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Comfortable traveling to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
