Job summary

3 Day Blinds is recruiting a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You will work with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

Ideal candidates are people-focused, motivated by performance, and comfortable working independently in the field. Territory-based role with travel within your locale and a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional client

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping clients make decisions they feel great about.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles; hospitality, retail, or service background helpful.
• Willingness to work independently in the field and manage multiple client appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle schedules, visits, and follow-ups.
• Flexible to work weekends and travel locally within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend tailored window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions aligned with client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales on-site.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and local networking.
