3 Day Blinds is recruiting a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident in-home buying decision. With company-provided appointments and three weeks of paid training, you can build a high-impact career with uncapped earning potential.

Your territory is your office, travel locally, and you’ll receive tablet, phone, and product samples as tools to help close sales during visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and local travel required.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
