Renewal by Andersen in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Top-Notch Sales Representative for in-home consultations. You will provide estimates, design options, and replacement solutions, traveling to homeowners and presenting compelling product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales/outside sales.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• In‑home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs, occasionally reach from floor to at or above shoulder level, and routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
• Schedule and conduct appointments; homeowners can schedule 7 days per week at 11 am, 2 pm, or 5 pm Monday - Friday (weekends as needed).
• Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations.
• Measure windows & doors, analyze the home improvement project, and answer construction related questions.
• Follow up on quotes and completed jobs, making follow up calls to past customers and managing notes on customer interactions.
• Seek referrals from customers and community contacts.
• Track and monitor performance against quotas and communicate job details to team members.
