Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is hiring experienced sales consultants to conduct in-home consultations and present design options for replacement projects in the Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery area. This role offers uncapped commissions, a flexible schedule, and paid training, with the potential to earn substantial annual income as you close signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Sales/Outside Sales.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• In-home or outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to present value and options.
• Provide estimates and design solutions for replacement projects.
• Follow up on quotes and completed jobs to close sales.
• Maintain notes on customer interactions and track referrals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
