Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, seeks an in-home Sales Representative to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for our bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. You will meet with customers in their homes, present options, and close sales on a rotating schedule.

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, an annual bonus program, and a path to earnings well over $100K in year one.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in their homes or at events.
• Previous sales experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Must have a valid smartphone and access to required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in their homes to present products and services.
• Articulate the value of West Shore Home products and installation quality.
• Help customers find options that fit their budget and close sales.
• Manage post-sale activities and customer follow-up.
