Closet Factory is seeking a design-focused in-home salesperson who will design, quote and close projects directly with clients in their homes. You will leverage your spatial planning skills and customer service strengths to transform spaces into stylish, functional living areas.

The role offers flexible hours and performance-based earnings. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, are highly organized, and comfortable with technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in a full commission environment.
• Proficient with computer programs and Windows laptops.
• Strong spatial planning ability.
