Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking an energetic Designer to sell and design in-home storage solutions. You will meet clients in their homes, create custom layouts, provide quotes, and close projects that transform spaces from ordinary to luxurious.

Flexible scheduling and a strong commission structure with uncapped earnings await you, along with paid training, health insurance, and mileage reimbursement. Prior in-home sales and solid math skills are a plus for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Proficient with computer programs and math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative thinker who can visualize designs.
• Self-starter able to work independently in a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Design, quote and close on projects that transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces.
• Meet clients in their homes to discuss needs and preferences.
• Prepare design layouts and recommendations using client measurements and space constraints.
• Coordinate with clients to finalize selections and close the sale.
