Job summary

Up Closets is seeking a client-facing design consultant to conduct in-home consultations, guide homeowners through the design process, and create custom closet solutions using our software. This role is commission-based with earnings tied to sales performance.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, designing spaces, preparing estimates, coordinating with installation, and delivering exceptional customer service from design through installation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; design background is a plus.
• Strong ability to learn and use design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences.
• Design custom closets and spaces using our software.
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service.
